Products cannot be returned unless otherwise agreed with JustBecauseWhy d.o.o.
If the delivered goods are damaged or defective, the customer must notify us within 30 days of delivery.
To submit a claim, please send the following information to info@justbecausewhy.com:
- a description of the issue
- photographs of the damaged products
If the damage appears to be caused by shipping or handling during transport, please also include photographs of the shipping package and outer packaging.
Each case will be reviewed individually and we will respond with further instructions.
