Products may not be sold on marketplaces such as:
- Amazon
- eBay
- Temu
- Wish
without written permission.
2. Pricing
Retailers agree to follow the recommended retail price (RRP).
Excessive discounting that damages the brand is not permitted.
3. Retail Partners
Just Because Why products are available only to approved retailers.
4. Use of Images
Retailers may use official product images for promoting Just Because Why products.
Images must not be altered in a misleading way.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, product concepts and brand materials remain the intellectual property of JustBecauseWhy d.o.o.
6. Violations
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in:
- suspension of wholesale access
- cancellation of orders
- termination of the partnership
